Obviously the various AZ debacles won't help here. The spin from Colm Henry and others all along has been that "nobody will be left behind". I suppose in HSE land, a big delay in getting people vaccinated = not leaving them behind. It would be interesting to see how the rollout to housebound people was planned once it became apparent (months ago) that there were logistical difficulties with the Pfizer vaccine which was also the first one approved. Could it have been handled better e.g. could there have been arrangements in place to get them to vaccination centres where they could get the Pfizer vaccine rather than assuming that they'd be able to get the AZ vaccine delivered to them.
