However they’re saying they’ll identify them from the hospitals but my understanding is there’s no digital files ? How is that going to work? No one will manually be checking millions of records surely? And then I thought we were ramping up but apparently we’re not going to hit 100k next week either and they’re counting it over 8 days? Can someone in this lovely thread of calmness help me understand if this is true?

They confirmed that his levels were stable so he will not be in cohort 4. Technically his bmi is over 40 but they said that is nothing to do with them and they know nothing about referring him. Him and I imagine many others will fall through the cracks now that it is out of gps hands.

Some GPs it looks like despite having less than 200 patients over the age of 70 decided not to buddy up with other practises & submitted orders, yet then they're shocked when the HSE tell them no to the order. The question was asked, if these practises had joined up with others as told to would they have got supplies quicker, the answer was yes, that was what was agreed but some practises have been difficult. There's clearly some GPs who didn't bother doing what they were told to do and thought they'd get the supply anyway. They went against what had been agreed and now it has to be sorted out. While there were issues with the delivery day for other practises, some assumed they were getting them on a Wednesday as had been the case but HSE changed to Friday

Some look like they did neither and just submitted orders anyway
