If someone needs to have their mouth visible for lip reading, does actually have some breathing issues, needs to be seen by their kids who have other issues or some other reason then yes they can wear a mask. It is still playing its part in showing that they are complying with the reasons for mask wearing and that those who refuse for no genuine reason are the odd ones out.

We're all still learning about this virus but one thing is becoming increasingly evident. It can be transmitted through the air, travelling via infected droplets that come out of people's mouths when they cough, speak and sneeze.
