Every so often there will be disagreements between the company's auditors and the board of directors that is to be expected, but if it happens on a regular basis, it is something to be concerned about. Well run companies don't have arguments every year with the auditor over the state of their accounts.

It’s valued at $4bn. If it becomes a player in online sports betting, it’ll compete with DraftKings ($10bn) and Flutter ($20bn) so still a lot cheaper than that. I suspect once the app launches and sports returns, that price will get a 20% kick.

Interesting new relationship between Facebook and Microsoft, as Mixer game has been adopted by FB, Microsoft Xbox follows (as Twitch is Amazon).

Here's what Facebook has come out with...

FB and Ms aren't really in competition so could this be a new partnership!

I hold DKNG and GAN (someone on here opened my eyes to them), but am liking what I see in PENN. Big casino presence, looking to move into sports betting. Bought a big stake in Barstool Sports (big US sports brand) and are lunching betting app through that soon, to tie in with the return of sports. Their casinos and bars will all have big Barstool branding, pushing the biggest gamblers to their online platform.

They’re somehow currently valued at $4bn compared to Draftkings $12bn. Draftkings has revenue of 300m and made a loss last year (doing sports gambling). Penn has revenue of 5.3BILLION before you add the sports gambling. How does that market cap make sense?

Probably enough room for both to be successful but definitely a lot more room for PENN to grow I feel.

Yeah, noticed the big fall in DKNG and picked up a few yesterday.

The reason for the fall is not 100% clear to me ... (California not progressing with Gambling legislation and some directors/insiders selling), anybody know of other reasons?

Hard to know what to do with NKLA - sold shares but still holding warrants.
If the prices holds then stand to make about 60% on top of current value when they convert whether it's cashless or at the strike price. The bubble could pop though and there is lot of uncertainty about how many shares will flood the market.

The problem is that many don’t, in fact the don’t really know what a penny stock is and how easy it is to manipulate the prices. They probably don’t realize that there are companies out there that you can hire to promote a stock for a fee!

Anybody hold EKSO? They were recommended her a year or two ago. Been through the doldrums but I held on and finally made some money back today. Sold out at market close but it's rocketed in the aftermarket again

This is why I tend to only go for companies with a lot of tangible assets. Ones that could roll over you. I know shareholders have no real comeback when a company is liquidated anyway but at least you can see some of the physical company value.
