Every other european country has restarted the economy. We are in this alone for no good reason.

No indication of why they have been extended, none. Why have they extended this?

There was absolutely nothing clear about that.

Look at the plans released by basically every other European country for clarity. No dates for anything bar outside workers on May 18th (if we're lucky)

No provisional dates given for anything else.

Ill tell you whats clear electro, on the build up to the 18th of May sound bites will be released along the lines of we arent quiet where we need to be regarding testing. So on and so on until the money runs out

As frustrating as it is to be so restricted, its a solid decision to extend by 2 weeks and then slowly ease back to normality.

I do not think the loosening at this current point in time will ultimately go well as we are beginning to see in Germany.

No they haven't. They're doing exactly the same as us. Putting forth a timetable of step by step decreases if safe to do so over time. They aren't going back to normal life any quicker than us. And let's not forget their lockdowns were much longer and stricter than ours.

They are back to economic life 3 weeks ago. Pubs and restaurants to open by June 1st. How is that anything like Ireland?
