How can those who aren't know what Christians think. They did make a valiant effort at telling us what they thought we should think. There's a huge difference in the two

I am a man and I can't even begin to comprehend the oppression that was forced upon women and how they have been treated over pregnancy for decades and possibly centuries in Ireland. I can't imagine what it must feel to have been one of those women that had to make the difficult journey when they forced to take the boat/plane without support from her country. I can't imagine the fear of giving birth and knowing that if something goes wrong that death is a perfectly valid outcome due to the equal status that is actually an inequality. I can't imagine how heartbreaking it is to be told you must give birth and the baby may not be able to take their first breath or only survive a short time. Women have a right to celebrate if they wish. They are celebrating that they will not have to to suffer oppression again, and that they need not have so much fear during their pregnancies.
