New series set in NI. On BBC iPlayer from March 27.
Midway through episode 4. The show never disappoints. I’m pretty sure this the already had teamed up against some immigrants in Northern Ireland already. It didn’t seem that far-fetched.
That immigrant, Imera, is a right pain in the hole. Imagine showing up in Northern Ireland and acting like you’re the one that’s being a bit put out. The people up there have had their own share of ****. Your one comes across as a right entitled bitch. Bitch.
Everyone involved in episode 5 needs to seriously pat themselves on the back. I think it’s one of the finest hours of TV I’ve seen in recent times. The development of the relationship between Gerry and Sandra was so well constructed and paced. It felt incredibly natural and real and all the actors involved did an amazing job. It was great seeing Gerry back as well. He was a great character. I think it sets up the remaining episodes well and now there’s a file, I think the downfall of the macintyres can’t be far away but, more importantly, will feel incredibly earned. Well done to all involved.
Firstly, it's airing weekly on BBC 1 TV on Tuesdays. So watch your spoilers for those watching on a weekly pace. Secondly as someone who has watched through the series over the past week, including the flash back episode, if you like the Gerry character so much, perhaps take a leaf out of his attitude towards others. Imera wouldn't have been given any neutral education about The Troubles. Maybe imagine what working immigrants lives are like before branding a woman a bitch.
you just like being offended don’t you.
I don't let bullies go unchecked. They're nothing but monsters
No, you just like finding something to virtue signal over and give yourself a bit iof a thrill from being suitably offended. Glad I made your day. You’ll find something else to shout and post about in half an hour I’m sure. Life’s too short.
I'm watching on BBC1 didn't realise people were watching on the player, must avoid this thread.
Watching it week by week also. In Episode 2 , I though Grace was naïve in sitting down talking to the young girl from the protest, it was obvious that she continued filming and that their conversation would never remain private.
Liked the wordplay on the tour name.
