tender for new build

    Right so planning permission sorted and expecting mortgage approval in the coming weeks. We have certified assessor lined up. Next step is a tender to builders. Meeting architect in a few weeks to to start tender process. What preparatory work can i get done? Anyone been through this process? Thanks

    Start at ground level and decide ever material you want in your build. That'll be enough prep
