GW 37 Matchday thread

KevIRL

Bit of an unusual gameweek fixture wise, with just the one game on Saturday and 2 midweek games also.

Most people pretty edgy with rotation likely across the teams

Delighted for Wigan, great to see the underdogs prevail, reminiscent of Wimbledon beating Liverpool back in the day

Fair play to Wigan

well deserved

As I said before, they play good football and pity that they will most likely get relegated

Lemlin

That's definitely the end of Mancini now.

Mr.Prodston

Brilliant, assist for Maloney :pac:

I'm off to the Emirates on Tuesday and have both Maloney and Kone as well as Walcott. Delighted there's no extra-time. C'mon Wigan

4-3 classic with a Walcott ha-trick and 2 a piece from Kone and Maloney!

I played lambert/lukaku ahead of Maloney .....I may regret it

Hogey007

well done wigan, they definately deserved that.

that city defeat might be a blessing for people with city players in their team this week, i expect a lot less rotation now as they'll want to bounce back with a win.

FutureGuy

Anyone with Hart, Zab, Hazard and Bentekkers? Disastrous for GW38!

They may appease Pantimilion but, apart from that, I can see a full strength City team out on Tuesday.

Rikand

11 points from 1. Good start to the week

Zab will be available for then, the game he'll miss falls in this gw too.

I think Hart is also more likely to miss the reading game rather than the Norwich game in gw 38.

Njoy!

Good news for those of us who captained Walcott that Wigan won. Hopefully they all go out tonight and get hammered and Theo will run riot on Tuesday night.

Mr.Prodston

Scholes is retiring at the end of the season again. After making the bench last week I bet he'll make some kind of appearance tomorrow. Might be a problem for anyone you chanced Kagawa.

Kinder Bueno

I bet if United win a penalty with Giggs or Scholes on the pitch RVP won't be taking it.

The premier league tweeted saying that Fergie said he'd be involved tomorrow.

If I'd known for sure that he'd be involved I'd have done a Carra on it and thrown him in, I'm sentimental like that

Mr.Nice Guy

I agonised - I AGONISED - last night over whether to bring in Lampard or Fellaini...and I went for Fellaini.

This game some times...:(

Wigan's FA Cup winning celebrations will be cut short. They are training in the morning.

Yeah, I heard Dave Whelan saying that a few minutes ago. Dry shites. :P

Great to see one Irishman lifting a trophy this year. Well done James McCarthy.

Mr.Prodston

And rightly so. I need goals and entertainment on Tuesday! Delighted for them though, why has the final been pushed forward these last few years though?

Ron Burgundy had never heard that song.

probably a load of sh!te but doing the rounds on twitter that rooney and jones were involved in a bust up.

A lot is happening at my beloved club this week

Rooney left out of the match squad for tomorrow. Reports of a big bust up with phil jones. Stitches needed. #mufc

Lad on tour if this is true...I love Phil Jones more everyday! Obviously not really what we want happening at all but somebody had to do something about Rooney at this stage. Guess Rooney was due to pick up an "injury" before tomorrow.

Lamps brings me into the top 1k for the first time this year.. Hopefully I can stay there tl the end!!

Noticed a lot of ppl around me in boards league have Walcott captain too..

Benteke's yellow was fair.

he didn't really swing his elbow. red would've been harsh IMO.

Ramires just fell foul of totting up too many fouls.

Just watched it there and I think he should of went for first tackle. He definitely knew he was catching Azi.

He went in the end anyway so makes little difference now anyway.

roryc

I've crept back in at 9k. END THE SEASON NOW
