iPhone sync to Outlook

    Hi,

    My Dad uses an iPhone 4S and Outlook 2007 on his pc.
    I am able to sync the contacts in iTunes. When it syncs, it takes whatever contacts are on Outlook and writes them onto his iPhone.
    How do I change this so that it syncs from the iPhone (the other direction). There is no clear way to do this on iTunes. When I google for answers for this question I get the standard advice on how to set up syncing but that doesn't actually make it sync the info from iPhone to Outlook, it always seems to sync from Outlook to iPhone instead.
    Has anyone figured this out?
