    Hi,

My digital is gone, have an error on the DVR box, "there appears to be no signal, check whether the cables are properly inserted at the back of the UPC media box"

Wires and everything else are fine, anyone else have this?

I will more than likely have to call them. Stress here I come! :(

My parents (d20) had missing channels etc for months and NTL could not fix the problem in the area so they moved to sky with my referral so we both get €75 (any day now...).

I had the same message appear on my box last week, and it turned out that one of my neighbours had unplugged my wire (there's a junction box in the basement of my apartment block), in order to steal a bit of free analogue signal.
