    I know that Lost City was supposed to be made into a movie but other than that does anybody have any info on a second starate movie?

    Yes there willl be a SG1 movie made after SEason 1 of Athlantis and after season 8 of SG1

    Stargate SG-1 movie June 03

    Just as there are all sorts of rumours flying around about an eight season and the spin off series Atlantis (see articles below) so there are about the possible spin off movie from Stargate SG-1, here are some I've recently seen:
    The movie has been confirmed by writer Brad Wright co-executive producer and has undergone several re-writes. The film is schedule to be released after Stargate SG-1 finishes it's run on the Scifi channel. Last year we all thought that season 6 was to be the end and the movie to follow and then after this season. Word is now out that they are in talks now to extend SG-1 for a 8th season which would push the movie back. The script has been written, and re-written to adjust for new seasons, but until it actually greenlights for filming, it's not a done deal. Unfortunately in that business too many variables can mess things up.
