Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I don't understand this. But I hope you do see you clearly asked for censorship earlier. Do you think that's better?

Apart from Ray's usual gold standard ad-libbed awkwardness as the guest sits down, this has been fine.

I didn't ask or order anything. I just suggested jokes related to the terror attacks should be left aside.

Are you serious. I asked that no jokes be made related to Paris. Is that honestly a frightening concept.

In the spirit of Charlie Hebdo ...

Wouldn't you think they'd make the quiz question a little bit easier, coming up to Christmas?:rolleyes:

and you said anyone who didn't abide by this wasn't "normal"

Why not mind your own business? Or would you rather be more 'worthy'? and get in there with your preaching before anyone else?

Audience clapping. Guy standing in front of them asking for more cheers and noise than is worthy of what they're seeing.

They'll probably roll out Twink instead of Pamela

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,351 ✭✭✭✭Harry Angstrom

Somebody should tell Neil Delamere that he's just not funny.

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,195 ✭✭✭bottlebrush

Put on a pair of of glasses and he'd look the spit of Simon Coveney

I find the trouble with our comedians is that they try so very hard. Relax, breathe and think a little.

Anyway, I rebooted my laptop to point out your contradictions and I half-missed a classic golden TV small-man syndrome moment from Ray measuring himself beside Bressie.

Like buses I'm sure there will be another along shortly.

Still love ya The Talking Bread!

It's because it's so heavily scripted. Jokes are set up and then...... waffle waffle waffle. Hosts like Darcy and Tubridy aren't good to bounce off with jokes. They just sit there laughing over enthusiastically

This fella is far from a clown.
    Very intelligent guy.

To the untrained eye he comes across as an eejit from the midlands.
    He's very able.

Jesus Christ is anyone in RTE .management watching this? I mean its truly awful. Ray is a very dislikeable guy in general is uncomfortable and contrived in his interview techniques and has zero chemistry with the guests. Its very uncomfortable viewing actually.
