    don't think so but..... i just think we want the best of both worlds ... porn appeals to the side of the guys mind that would, sometimes, like to have a complete pornstar nympho for a girlfriend (not that pornstargirls are nyphomaniacs(?), but thats how women are portrayed in porno)

    All depends on what kind of porn you're looking at.

    It's natural to compare anyway, so I'll say yes.

    For example, if you were to be looking at male porn all day, where the guys may have great bodies and big schlongs, and then you meet your b/f or partner that night, you'd obviously be comparing somewhat.

    I did say no, but define "porn".

    Playboy has pictures of attractive naked women. This is good because A) They're attractive, and b) They're naked.
    A magazine full of fully clothed attractive women wouldn't be remotely as interesting. The key factor in men's desire to look at playboy is the nakedness, not the attractiveness of said naked women. Although saying that, it wouldn't do as well if it had 60 year olds in it.

    Proper porn (i.e. ****ing) rarely has any particularly attractive people in it. It's more about imagery and the thought of the act than the people performing the acts.

    The mere discussion of sex tends to have men beginning to get aroused. This doesn't mean that they want to have sex with the person who mentioned it, it's just the way men's minds work.

    Oddly enough, I find clothed women , that are not my own at the time, to be much more interesting.
    Playboy etc hold no interest...
