Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

LC'ers come here and share what music you're listening to at the moment, old stuff from your collection that you can't get enough of, new albums you're listening to, stuff that gets you through homework/study and stuff that you're just relaxing to.

So, what are you listening to?

    Heyyyyyyy. :P

Yeah so Jonny Lang. I recommend Turn Around, Goodbye Letter, It's Not Over and Red Light. All excellent. :)

Strangely, Deadmau5 gets me through homework/study more than anything.

And I LOVE Kanye West. He's a god.

  • Registered Users Posts: 635 ✭✭✭EmptyWithMe

Can't beat a bit of Sam Tsui. :)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,076 ✭✭✭Eathrin

It's not strange, it's meant to be. Deadmau5 is pure class to work to and any electronic music really, less lyrics so you're thinking less about it.:p

I've got Kanye's album "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" so I'll listen to that soon enough. One of few rappers I actually like is professor Green, just listened to his second album and it's very good like his first.

Anybody ever heard of/like Say Anything? :P

No really into British rappers too much for some reason. I do like Professer Green's new song with Emeli Sande.
Emeli Sande is an absolute goddess by the way.

I also love Beyonce and Rihanna. Seen Rihanna in the O2 there. She looked at me, like proper. I died slightly.

    Kid Cudi is another genius.

    Legend, I love his music.

He's amazing I love him so much.

    Eminem's over-rated. Just sayin'.
    Ed Sheeran. Also over-rated.

    Currently listening to Outkast.

Kid Cudi hasn't hugely impressed me since Day n' Night but then again I haven't really took much notice of him either.

Just listened to Example's 3rd album and it's only alright to say the best.

Example don't really do it for me. They're ok, but nothing special.
Did you check out Jonny Lang?

Fighting through the mid-term homework blues with 'Smile', the newly released mythical Beach Boys album from 1967.

I can certainly see why it drove Brian Wilson insane. Perfection.

I'm sorry, I should have clarified. I meant good Swedish music, not random crap from youtube :p

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,840 ✭✭✭Luno

It's not actually random it was the only Swedish music I knew, it's a friends cousins band so you'd want to leave em off! :P

I couldn't see anyone having a problem with this!

    Yes.
Can't decide if I like Justice's new album or not though. On the other hand M83's (also French, should be way more popular) new album is shweeet...
