I wonder why the odds on over 3.5 goals are favourable in the Villarreal v Real Madrid match

Both teams need a win badly. Madrid are the clear favourites but are very poor in the back and Villarreal arent that bad up front

Ronaldo needs the goals to get on top of goal scoring charts again

The game screams goals at me tbh

I found out that Villarreals new manager is known for ultra defensive style, so that explains the odds. Im not sure shall I go for it or not. Ill have a think about it

Another bet that interest me is Ezequiel Lavezzi to score anytime for Naples. He's their best player this season and the only on that looks dangerous. Nice odds of 11/10 for anytime

It's even better than that. Going back to last season they've won their last 19 home league games. 24 of the last 26, losing just once to Everton.

Villareal +2 is 3/4 :eek::eek::eek::eek:

If you need convincing, some stats:
Bet would have collected in Real Madrid's last 4 league games away from home (all one goal victories)
While Villareal are struggling this season, they are still pretty hard to beat at home. (Only 2 teams have come away from El Madrigal with the 3 points.
They also held Barca to a 0-0 draw in January. The +2 On villlareal has come in their last 9 league games. Very generous price imo

Im not sure Torres will start... I know you would think after getting back in the goals he would. But it shouldn't be underestimated how important a game this is for Chelsea, lose and 4th is prob gone. I think he'll stick with Drogba who can bully defenders (Esp Savic). Don't think their gonna go with 2 up top and torres on the wing is awful

Oh don't get me wrong. I'll wait to see the lineups before considering that bet. I have a feeling he'll start with Torres and Drogba. Sturridge has been pretty awful lately

The odds on Montpellier are going up by the minute, they've gone from 1.65 to 1.87, 2.10 and now 2.15, Gazelec Ajaccio are doing well in the third division and yesterday Marseille got knocked out by another third division team, Montpellier still have a chance of winning the league so surely the cup is not their priority.

Did this:

City to score over 1,5
PSV to score over 2,5
Anderlecht to score over 2,5
PSG - Lyon over 2,5
Napoli to score over 1,5

Works out @30.
Mostly because of the PSV odds @3,25
PSV won both league games 5-1 against Heerenveen. Only this is a cup match so things could go very different. PSV is missing Toivonen through suspension.

TBH Luiz has improved in spades, he's no longer as haphazard as he was before. I think Cahill to get booked is a much better bet
