How do,
Mate's stag in a few weeks so organising it for Galway. There'll be 20 of us, aged 28-33 all from Dublin. No messers in the bunch at all. Ideally, we would want to do a pub crawl. Pub golf is the idea mentioned so everyone will be kitted out in golfing attire. Have we a hope of getting in anywhere like this? I'm planning a 9-hole course so 9 bars over the course of the day, strictly limited to 1 drink/bar. We're not scumbags but I can see the predicament 20 people can find themselves in, trying to get all of us into a bar. the crawl will start early (2ish). Would it be better to count our losses, forget about the golf, and focus on just getting everyone into anywhere? Do bouncers operate on all main bars from an early time?

Bouncers dont generally start in the main pubs until around nine, some pubs wont welcome large groups of stags in general let alone in costume. Plenty of places will though and as its during the day there wont be as much hassle for ye.

Looking for a hotel for a gang of lads on a stag night, (Galway city ish) needs to be notting special just a bed for the night and cheap...
I rang the eglinton where we used to stay years ago, its now for asylum seekers, pity it was a great place back in the day...

Travelodge on the Tuam Rd is consistently the cheapest hotel, 20 minute walk from town.

Victoria Hotel would be ideal for a stag group i'd think

Possibly a weird question and forgive my ignorance but are shoes a requirement in Galway nightclubs these days or will I get away with my retro adidas/cons? It's been about 10 years since I last visited and now that I'm a foreigner I kinda want to travel light.

Did you already read through this thread and try some of the places suggested?
Jury's Inn is usually best as it's on the main street.

I used the imperial for a stag, perfect hotel for a group of lads. They asked for my credit card number as a deposit. All was fine though,

3. I've been to the Eglinton and Four Aces casinos, and both had a bar, roulette and blackjack tables, it certainly wasn't all poker. I'm sure more regular attendees may recommend one for you, but both seem to tick all the boxes you're looking for.

Organising a hen party in Galway and trying to figure out where to go after dinner on the Saturday night. Its a small enough hen party with none of the usual hen party tack and awfulness. We just want to go somewhere with good music and kind of something that will suit everyone. As an absolute hater of nightclubs, I am probably the worst person to figure this out but...!

I've had recommendations for Halo and for Electric Garden? Are these in any way decent? One better than the other? Thanks!

I'm also wandering about a hen group in Galway end of June? Heard coyotes is now the Stock Exchange? Does anyone know if it's still the same young crowd or has it gotten any better since moving.. Thanks. Also, do they still have that mechanical bull lol??
