Also, I still want clarification as to who people are in the EPL league be it in here or via PM. My concern about prizes is coming to the fore now. Tbf, I only want to give the points/cards to those who have regularly contributed to the COD forum and have entered from beginning. That has always been my mindset as some can testify too, both on Twitter and Skype.

Usually catches me out once every year. I'll try and remind everyone beforehand. Russian matches will be on every 2nd week anyway, so their home games are next gameweek.

Do you you get to change your team at KO stages or how does that work? Or do you pick the players basically who have the best chance on going all the way having the odd player from a team who could surprise that could be transferred out easily.

Yup. I think it's like 8-11 free transfers going into knock out stage.

Curious to see if any1 has used their wildcard yet??

Was gonna use it for this week but decided to take a 4 point knock instead as I only needed 1 extra available transfer!

I did wanna make some wholesale changes but thought I might appreciate the (anytime use) wildcard later in the season!

Many people bothered using it yet?

gonna be a very low score this week me thinks! I started strong but have tinkered with the team every week and its bitting me in the ass!

RVP for Kun at the last minute ftw.

Been steady if unspectacular so far compared to seasons previous where it was usually a good start and fading off. Looking ahead , I have a fair idea of changes transfers to maximize points hopefully.

The bad: 7 players only got me a total of 10 points(including bos and mata)

The good:Fancied to do united so had rooney dropped from last week and left on silva and balotelli also had van persie captain so not too bad I guess

what's worse for me is that I put Smalling on the bench thinking united will defo concede 1 or 2 goals.
Unfortunately he was 1st sub instead of Wes Brown and Smalling will count as my man on the field (with -2 points) instead of Brown (who got 9 I think?)..

I was told I wouldn't overtake someone here a good few weeks into the season when things were going swimmingly for them. I have now, like I said I would

Yeah, you were languishing down there with me for a good while. Silly to rule people out now. One player (two at a push) who I want in my team aside, my team is pretty much set in stone now till the end of the season.

Had a look at your team there, noticed you hadn't played your wildcard. Not one for giving tips usually unless asked, but maybe time to play your wildcard and overhaul your team

Finished on 94 for the week, Ba was awarded his 3 bonus points finally. As said before, I'am consistent with my points scoring and with me taking risks with captain (gambler nature innit) it doesn't always end well. But I find it boring backing Rooney and Kun week in and week out. Gamble a lot in the CL though, had CSKA Moscow's Doumbia as my captain. Scored me 2 goals

Oh and on that note, early deadline for transfers in the CL FF today. Around 5 or 5.30PM I think.

Oh and COY..... nah, can't do it with t'rrifc arry there. Bale to get some big points please and Spurs to be somehow be hammered with Ade and Modric being sent off. Wishful thinking innit :P

Interesting enough, yer man is 6th in the Boards SF league also.Name doesn't ring a bell whatsoever though. Currently 22nd atm myself. Was around 299/300 2 gameweeks ago! Lot of people with VDV in their teams though. Wanted him last gameweek but would have had to got rid of Silva and Mata, and in fairness to them they both produced.
