Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

But there's hardly any teams including the top teams that look like keeping clean sheets.

That's true, but I still believe soton are playing greater than they are at the moment. If they maintain their current form throughout those nine games they'll be comfortably qualifying for cl, something I don't see happening. It's as harsh a run of fixtures as I've ever seen. Burnley and palace are both away from home as well.
As I said I'll take it game by game. There's no question he's in brilliant form, but if it shows signs of waning I'll be ditching him for someone else. As good as he has been, I still expect Costa and aguero to outscore him, never mind if the likes of sturridge or Rooney get going. There may well come a time where there are better options than pelle is all I'm saying I guess

All of your post made sense until you mentioned Rooney.

    less games !

That's not always a good thing though. With a squad the size of City's, it's often good for them to have fixtures to rotate players in.

For example, giving Dzeko and Jovetic playing time in the cups means they are less likely to cut in on Aguero's playing time in the League.

Rooney is only 10.2 and has 3 juicy home games in the 4 following city.
in fact his record against city is excellent too....

I think Rooney is a fantastic prospect myself at 10.2 with such low ownership. Probably better than ADM for the same price.

If Costa does happen to be ruled out or continue to cause problems for us then a straight swap there in the next couple of weeks could become a very popular move.

As I no longer have adm Costa to roo next week is what I'm looking at.

Just watching the highlights. Sanchez assisted the Ox goal too by battling to win a tackle.

Also of note Sanchez hit the post early on assisted by Chambers.

Not to mention he assisted his goal, too:D

I just watched the highlight, too and Welbeck did very well.
I would rather have Sanchez who actually scores, but Welbeck might find his form soon.

He assisted the assist for his goal actually. Ran 40 yards to win the free, teed it up for himself off by bouncing it off the wall and then buried it. :)

He can rest over the international break. Argentina only have one game iirc and it's in Europe.

    City have lost the plot.

Yaya was terrible and his sending off was incredibly stupid and selfish.

He missed one in the CL a couple of years ago but can't remember him missing any in domestic competitions.

Just reading thE BBC match report.

Hazard 'outstanding'. It only his third career penalty miss. 27/30.

Costa seemed to have chances, and had one wrongly ruled out for offside.
