    my daily calorie needs are 2200 calories, or thereabouts

    what do you say will happen if I ate a paleo diet of 2200 calories and then threw 800 calories of almonds and peanut butter down my gob on top of that

    The phytic acid in the almonds and peanuts would make your legs fall off and you'd lose weight.

    think I'll ponder this while I munch on a bowl of frozen peas and yoghurt
