Most annoying voice on radio

Anyone think that bucker Will leahy in 2 FM is getting a bit above himsell - JA**us by the pitch of the freekers voice you would think WW3 had broken out - cop on son an calm down ..

PS Who ever heard of anyone from LIMERICK called "WILL" - surprised he survived although I suspect he was Bill or Billy in a former life - wha ?

Could I add on Mark Little here.

Accent has got very "skangerish" in my opinion. Dropping "H" at the end of words,adding the extra syllable when its not there.

Has the same annoying trait as Eamonn Coughlan of trying too hard to pronounce the "th"s in fact you closed your eyes you would swear it was Eamonn .

Are they both from the Drimnagh general area????

There are tons of annoying voices on the radio - lots of ad voiceover artists, the AA Roadwatch crew, Emma McNamara, Emma Counihan (2FM breakfast news), Susan Jackson (2FM newsreader), Paul Collins (Today FM sport in the morning - mid-Atlantic drawl for reading the bulletins, Tipp/"Deise" accent when interviewing GAA personalities), George Hook (false teeth falling out leading to slurred speech).

from the ad point of view, the guy that used to be on Bachelors walk, and does the MyHome.ie ads. Sounds like he's constantly vibrating while he talks or something!

While Jenny Kelly's is far from the worst, her voice just bugs me. I used to think she sounded pretty hot till i saw her, but as the years have gone by she seems to just get more annoying. I'm sure she's been getting a snobbier accent by the day!

yep, Paul Collins. what's with the 2 accents? "Howya getting on?" in the thickest country accent and then straight after a totally different accent for reading the sports news... pretty weird. :rolleyes:

and let's not forget Marty Miller on 98fm. what a t**t.

That first picture is defo not Jenny Kelly. I know her and that ain't her.
She always spoke like that and she's actually sound. No idea what she is doing with him..I hate the whole cycling to work thing and also the way he says lurry and then apologises and pronounces it lorry - drives me mental.

Also very annoying are the morning guys on Spin, the afternoon ones [Kate and Ali or something] and Jonathan McCreagh-jesus he is so up his own ass

I find Matt Cooper irritating at the moment, maybe the topics covered add to it, everything seems to be so negative, he doesn't do the "have to be asked" questions particularly well, take a lesson from Rachel English on that one Matt...

Ryan Tubridy (Sp?) is a definite change channel also, I just don't like his style, pity because he often has an interesting line up.

Joe Duffy is OK, some of his callers would test a saint though...

I really like Jenny Huston, she comes across as extremely genuine and non pretentious, her playlists are peerless IMHO. Would love to share a bottle of wine with her.

Now I know he's been the cause of trouble here before, but I do enjoy Ray Foley, I love his tongue in cheek style.

In terms of "foreign" stations, the airwaves just haven't been the same since J Peel left us...

but the alltime horror, is the fella that does late date on RTE1, can't think of his name at the moment, and I'm afraid to try too hard, cos I've got to go and sleep!! I'll have nightmares!

He's from Cork and talks shoite.

yeah paul collins is a clown...why does he feel the need to put on a stupid accent like that when talking to gaa players??somebody should pull him up on that..he has a completely different accent when reading the sports bulletins

Jim & Colm Colm. These two have to be the most annoying people i have ever heard in my life. The little time that i do listen to them when i mistakenly tune into 2fm in the car in the morning i hear the same crappy jokes and same crappy prank phone calls. There like D'arcy with his 10 year long fix it friday and odd one out quiz!!

How has that ad for 'right price tiles' not been mentioned. That guy saying 'munkehhh' (monkey) all the time. So fuuuuuuucking annoying.

And that ad for Fitzpatrick furniture - 'we'l have the kettle on and some lollipops for the kids'. Sweet sufferin jaysis. It makes me want to scream.

Also I know this isnt voices now but that ad for proactive face wash does my head in. Who smiles like a prize ****ing gimp when washing their face!!! aaaaaggghh
