TV Show Recommendations *NO DISCUSSION*

    READ THIS POST FIRST!!!!

This is a TV show recommendation thread. The idea being, if you want a new TV show to watch, you can take a gander at this thread and see what others recommend. And if you want to recommend something yourself, you can either start a new post or endorse one of the shows already posted.

So this is how it will (or should) work. If you want to post about a show that hasn’t been mentioned here already, create a new post and fill in the following information:

    Title:
    Cast:
    Genre:
    Description:
    Links:
    Watch this if you like:

This should be the only information you put in a post. If there’s important information that you feel should be included, then go ahead but try and make it relevant. And don’t write about more than one show per post, so that each show can be thanked separately.

There’s no point putting in information like the current series or what channel it’s on as this information will change.

If you want to recommend a show that someone else has posted already, then all you have to do is thank that post (the little thumbs up icon in the bottom right of each post).

Important: This is NOT a discussion thread. If you want to talk about a show then start your own thread. Just keep to the show details and everything should work out fine.

If you want to discuss this thread, then there's a thread here. If you find information in a post that is wrong, either point it out in the link above, or PM the poster. Note that posts can only be edited up to 2 days after originally being posted. After that, it's up to a mod, and they have better things to do with their time (well, they should!).

    Title: Kings
Cast: Ian McShane (thats all you really need to know), Christopher Egan, Susanna Thompson, Allison Miller, Eamonn Walker, Sebastian Stan, Dylan Baker
    Genre: Counterfactual , Religio-political allegory
Description: Essentially interprets the rise of king David (as told in the book of kings in ye olde Bible) as happening in an alternative timeline. This take place in a (technologically contemporary) America that is comprised of a series of warring kingdoms and baronies as opposed to a federal state. Frankly I think Ian McShane's performance here out classes his phenomenal turn on deadwood.
