    I prefer robins table (sorry Brian) so will we go with that? I'm surprised robin agreed to a non-google docs based table :D

    I just stole one from the best of thread as a quick and nasty way of creating it. Tables are OK for this kind of thing. We are each only getting one go at a London 2012 time so keeps it sensible.

    If I'd been filling out this table in January after the Dungarvan 10 miler, I'd be putting in a sub 3hr goal time I think. Peaked way too early. I reckon my main A goal will be making it to the start line in one piece:)

    I don't know about this. I've changed my target time 4-5 times in the last month so I may include extra rows to account for this ;)

    Ha it's a natural progression. I went to see dirty dancing the musical in the grand canal theatre 6 weeks ago.

    Crikey...it's looking like ye'll all be well into your 3rd or 4th cans of Dutch Gold by the time I stagger over the finish line :(

    Apart from a specific time goal, my main ancillary goal will be to finish ahead of a bunch of people from my company charity group. There's about 20 people from our various European offices so would be nice to finish ahead of the the assortment of smug Germans, confident Nordics, cocky Italians etc.

    I'll probably have to meet up with a few of them after the race - will keep them away from the Cans-in-a-Plastic-Bag-Extravaganza though ;)

    Yeah don't invite the Germans they are getting into a habit of wrecking our Irish buzz. No pressure or anything but you're country needs you to beat the Germans. National pride and all that.
