Krieg - the card, the case and the PSU would help with bumping the price up a bit.

I'd reckon you might get 400-450.

    Put it this way:
    - Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 2.40GHz €50
    - Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro €10
    - Asus P5N32-E SLi NVIDIA 680 €50~
    - OCZ Gold 4GB (2x2GB) €50
    - 500GB WD 16MB Cache €40
    - Ati radeon sapphire 5770 €100~ (maybe a little more)
    - NEC 7173 18x DVD±RW doesn't add value really, but could get maybe €10 for it
    - Antec 900 Case €80
    - OCZ 850W €75 or so, depending on model

    = €465
    I'd buy it for 300 though :p

Howdy, looks like i will be selling in august, so a second opinion would be nice on how to price it

    Dell inspiron 530

    Intel Core 2 duo - E6550
    2 GB of DDR2
160 GB Raptor - Boot Drive
1.5 TB Storage Drive - In an Icy Box Hotswap bay
    ATI HD5770
Coolermaster Silent Pro M500, 500W 80+ Rated PSU (modular)
    DVD Drive and Card Reader

Also have a 22 inch LG monitor (W2261VP-PF) which i am not sure i will sell yet

Edit: It has a retail copy of Vista ultimate (32bit), but has an OEM copy of home premium tied to it should somebody want it, don't have the disk for home premium though, i have for ultimate

Hey, well its not a million miles away from the spec of the PC I priced above.

It does fall down on a couple of parts though, namely the ram, the PSU, and being a Dell - the motherboard.

However, it has some decent storage.

As you're not sure about the monitor, we'll leave it out for the time being (easy to sell on its own anyway).

I'd price it at maybe €450. Including Vista Ultimate obviously (assuming you have 7 for yourself)

Thats a lot higher than i was expecting (keep forgetting about the graphics card though.

And no, not keeping Win7 for myself (though have it on an ultra-portable laptop yokey), getting rid of it as i reckon i'll be leaving the country in september.

You will see all what little gear i have going up on adverts in the next month or so

Any idea how much this is worth?

Dell Inspiron 1501, about 3.5 years old.

    Windows Xp home
    Mobile AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 3500+ 1.80GHz
    14" Screen
    2GB Ram 667MHz DDR2 1x2GB (Only 1 year old)
    MOMENTUS 5400.4 250GB SATA 2.5IN 12MS 5400RPM 8MB (only 5 months old)
Dell Wireless 1490 Dual Band WLAN Mini-card
    SD card reader
    CD/DVD drive (Writes cd's only)
    2 x usb ports

The laptop itself is in perfect working order and it would come with a fresh install of xp home. Its got a few scuffs and scratchs on the lid too. Battery is no longer recognised so only lasts a couple of minutes on battery.

How much should I look to get for this?

    Hi,

I may need to shortly sell my gaming PC and am wondering what to price it.

It was bought last year and is a Dell XPS 730x which was Dell's most high end PC until they merged the line with their Alienware brand, and even now a year later I'm pretty sure it could show some of their Alienware systems a thing or two. It originally cost over €4,000.

    Specs:
    • Intel® Core™ i7 processor Extreme Edition 965 (3.20Ghz, 8MB L2 cache, 6.4GT/sec)
    • 6144MB 1067 MHz Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM [3x2048]
    • Logitech MX3200 Cordless Keyboard and Laser Mouse
    • DUAL 1GB nVidia® GeForce™ GTX 280 graphics cards
    • Hard Drive: 1.5TB Serial ATA (2x750GB) 7200Rpm Dual HDD Config Raid
    • 19-in-1 Media Card Reader with Bluetooth
    • Genuine Windows Vista® Ultimate SP1 (64 Bit) - English
    • 6X Blu-Ray Burner Drive (BluRay, DVD & CD read and write) and 16X DVD ROM Drive
    • Soundblaster™ XFi™ Titanium PCIe card
    • Killer NEC network card
