    €0!

Shave my own head every few weeks.

It's free and I dont have to have any tedious conversations with a barber about holidays, football or the economy.

Did ye see the match last night?

I cut my own hair - I just shave it all off.

Zero. I haven't cut my hair in almost 7 years!! :D

    Jesus, to be male.

I spend about $220 every 3 months or so, and then about $40 on a blowdry maybe once a fortnight.

And that's not bad by comparison to when I was doing the blonde thing, that was about $250 every six weeks or so.

    I should shave my head.

You know you don't have to do this?!

Anywway, i had long hair for 7 years, just used to get one of the girls to trim it every 4 months.

Now i get a 4 on the back and sides, thin it on top every 6 to 8 months for a tenner. I usually gauge it by how long it takes to shower - if'm spending more time on my mop than the rest of myself, it's off to the barber i go!

I've stopped going to the barber, mainly because I hate sitting there waiting on a Saturday morning.

I bought an electric razor and I just trim the head once a month. Job done.

Where's the option for "I cut it myself"?

I bought a hair trimmer 3 or 4 years ago and have cut it myself every since. 9mm blade all over, nice and short.

Mammy cuts mine in the kitchen with the scissors and the pudding bowl

€10 a month is the usual for me.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,785 ✭✭✭9959

My haircuts are 'cost neutral'. I use an old K-Tel Bottle Cutters from the 70's.
Prior to my monthly cut, a small outlay for plasters and unguents is required but no deep gashes, (touch wood), as yet!

50 euro twice a year, max.

Although I did spend crazy money getting balayage a few weeks back.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,308 ✭✭✭splashthecash

I cut my own hair...bought a Wahl trimmer a few months back and it is savage, just like the ones they have in the barbers....once done, I get my wife to checkI haven't left any bits....happy days.

BTW - The cost of a dry cut these days is scandalous....I saw €14 the other day....no way I'd pay that to shave my head

Haven't had a haircut since last summer, very little per month!

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,468 ✭✭✭CruelCoin

Need a poll option for €0 per month.

I've my hair in a ponytail reaching the middle of my back and still going.

Ye're all jealous of my luscious locks, admit it!
