Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    In the next 10 days I want to dry and drop an inch of my waist if possible. But really ill be happy with losing as many pounds as I can. But I dont want to do it in an extreme way.

    So in order to lose as much weight as possible, which exercises should I do and which foods should I stick to.

    Im 6ft, 17 stone and pretty unfit atm. How much could I hope to lose in the 10 days also?
