Hi guys ive tried looking through past threads but wonder does anyone have a step by step guide on how to change the alarm code on a eircom alarm?

If your user management is set up you should be able or else by going into engineering, then the user menu. Have you got the engineer code ?

Hi Altor,

Im trying to do the same thing, access the programming menu on the HKC Eircom Alarm console. Would you mind sending me the info you had on how to go about it? I'd like to change the activation code for the alarm system.

Press the menu button and enter your user code. In this menu you can change the code.

I have A Simon phonewatch system so how do I change the code to arm and disarm the unit?

Drop the front lid and enter your user code.
Press ADD-ACCESS CODE-DONE. Enter new code-Press DONE.
It is the master code you will be changing.
Close up the lid and its done

No engineer code, once I type my code it automatically goes to arming
