Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It was under the joule already so wouldnt be much use if it was even lower.

I'd prefer an honest answer to being fobbed off if it is just an excuse.

holy catcraap batman €20 for green gas eirsoft do the same can for a tenner here

and jesus €23 for .23 bbs and tony does em for €13

Jaysus wouldn't buy bb's or gas from anyone other than an Irish Retailer.

ASMC have a damn good selection of Camo. Ordered Splinter Camo from them for my Wehrmacht loadout.

Airsoft seems to be quite tightly regulated in Germany, and it follows that competition is reduced and prices are higher. Camping, on the other hand has a long tradition there, competition is fierce and customer expectations are for low prices. Just because they're cheap for some things doesn't mean the same follows for everything else, and it may or may not be ASMC's fault.

Buying gas from anywhere but Ireland is just plain silly. It has to be shipped by surface, as a hazardous substance, so it'll cost more and take much longer to get here.

Oh my god Ebaybanned is driving me crazy. I ordered two sights just after Christmas. I got the first one last week, but it broke in a few hours for no reason at all. Since then I've been emailing them to arrange for a replacement. Every day I receive a not very helpful email from them containing on average the sum total of ten words.

The second one hasn't arrived yet. Which wouldn't be too bad except I cannot get a tracking number off them for it. So for all I know customs have it.

With the Chinese new year just around the corner, I don't expect these issues to be fixed any time soon.

    Soz just needed to rant.

Ordered from Fleckarn.co.uk and products were delivered four days later so another positive experience with them. Also I like the fact that they send you a photo of your order before it is shipped.

I just got a pouch, some patches and 3 Marui AUG 80rd mags from SE airsoft. Woo hoo!. Absolutely delighted with them - filled and emptied them a few times to test... 80 or 81rd every time. Excellent! Yes, they are 4 or 5 times the price of the KA mags, but I think they're worth every cent. I don't think I'll even strip and oil them before use.

    Top notch service, lads.

    Gunner Airsoft....

Free downgrades, eh, they doesnt tell you how he does it though. Very simple it the laziest way possible. No need to dissasemble anything. They took a screwdriver up into the chamber and squeezed. Badda bing badda boom, 0.6J. Lazy @>(%^"F!+~£\s:mad:

Does anyone know is a sig nozzle is compatible with any other common gun?

He drills a hole in the air nozzle. Lets all the air out into the mag, kills 50% of the KE in under 3 seconds.

    Ahh, gotcha.

Thats actually how a lot of them do it, albeit with a bit more finesse.

Its quite effective if done properly. I've seen it done and the gun's power reduced to about 310 or so, but it requires stripping the gun to get at it - I'd imagine going in through the hopup chamber would never give you any kind of control over what you're doing.

Hmmm, no way i'll buy from them in that case. Bastards, thanks for that info lethal

Yeah, we've had a fair few guns in from people who paid Gunner for upgrades or downgrades, and had to rebuild gearboxes and sort out problems because his techs havent a clue.

I say "we", but of course I mean.....me. That Masada fella just surfs the net all day and chats with customers :)

  • Registered Users Posts: 243 ✭✭doubletap

did you put an m249 or m14 gearbox in the kit?, also was it post or courier and lastly did the tri-pod come with the kit?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,261 ✭✭✭Puding

the parts to mount either are included, im planing on running with a m249 as there so easy to work with, no tri pod that's an extra, postage was via normal usps

    Hi all
Just had to post about the excellent service from these guys. I ordered a set of Propper Multicam BDU's and a patrol cap from them on Tuesday night 10th Feb. I recieved them this morning. E109 all in. Signed for and gratefully accepted. I mean, holy crap, that takes some beating.

They can be found here www.thecombatstore.co.uk . I would recommend them.

Just to follow up on my last post about airguns.ie, I'm still waiting on a refund and haven't received any emails back. Emails receive an automated reply saying that they are out of office until 9th February - 7 days ago. I sent the wrongly shipped item back on the 22nd of January.

Out of curiosity, have you had it chrono'd? €109 for a TM MP5k is indeed a bargain, so much so that I'd be wary of it. There's gotta be something amiss for them to have them so cheap. Did it come in a proper TM box or an oem one?

Dex, you were saying that the Galaxy MP7 was not up to much, as is the Well, I believe.
This crowd have the TM MP7A1 for 138 Euro.

The Tokyo Marui MP7 is good isn't it ?
It has trades also, right. Think I'll order for the crack.
    What do you think?

I have the TM MP7 myself. It's got a fairly slow rate of fire due to the 7.2v battery, but apart from that it's a cracking piece. I love mine, despite it's detractors. There's a rig you can get to hook up an external battery for about $30 which, if you do a few gearbox upgrades like bearings and a 1J spring (she shoots about 260 out of the box), would be well worth it.
Full trades, even a metal mag. Attention to detail is brilliant and it's solid as a rock. The quick change battery is ingenious, it makes changing batteries during a game (they're only 500mA) as easy as changing a mag.

Incidentally, I paid about 250 for mine. If that's a genuine TM and it's not a factory second or some-such for the price, it's a complete bargain. Let me know what what it's like when you get it. I'd nearly get a second one at that price.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,174 ✭✭✭✭Captain Chaos

You should check out Masada's MP7, he has his maxed out. I didn't even think it was possible to get it to 1J and the rate of fire he has his at.

Might ask him to do a job on mine before I collect it.

Also, did you get through on the phone? which number?

No I couldn't, but I did get an email reply today. No idea where the slip from the PO is, was sent about a month ago at this stage - not to mention that it was sent well wrapped with both a recipient address and Return to sender address, so I find it highly unlikely that it would be lost in the post. Who knows, must have gotten lost in one of their daily stock takes/moves/whatever.

Good luck with your purchase anyway. I'm sure it'll be fine. Great prices on the TM stuff.
