Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Ben dunne in blanch is a good gym. Has all the machines and weights you'd need, the only thing I find awful about it is the heat. There's no air con and it gets quite hot on warm days

    I may be good to be your number three for Sandyford, will know by 10.30-11.30am tomorrow (due in for a day's chemo and just wanna make sure I'm out on time as well as getting the moolah together as the membership's not due up til the end of the month), but will get back to you before then if that's alright :)

    I have a Q, if I am already a member but the people I'm joining with aren't can I get this deal in carlisle, is it just a case of letting membership lapse and joining up as a new member again????

    you dont even have to let it lapse, the lad told me to just join as a new member but not collect my card until my old one expired
