Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I'm not sure what way to display it, as you can see in the screen-shots, the usage info is quite large. You have any ideas ?

    I know what you mean it would be quite large if all the info from the app was on it. For me all I'd like to include on it would be my balance and remaining data. Realistically I don't need to know that I have 2800 minutes or 3000 Skype mins. Maybe give an option to tick the box of which fields you'd like displayed. Expiry dates wouldn't be too important either coz the app will notify you when your 30days are up.

    That is something I will consider for the next release after this current one I get stable.

    I think I looked at this before and it would require a separate app as there is nothing in common really. Even the login stuff works differently.

    For example on prepay, logging in over wifi is done differently than when on 3 network.

    Same goes for bill pay, however logging in for bill pay on 3 network was yet different again than logging in for prepay on 3 network.

    There is only so much I can do without a billpay account.

    If anyone has any problems or any info missing, remember to send me the HTML output from the https://my3account.three.ie/My_account_balance page.

    I have a couple of bug reports coming in about "3 to 3 calls" not showing when queued. However its showing fine on my side.


    Also I think the "out of bundle internet" charges html structure on the page might have changes, so if anyone has these, can you please send me on the HTML. My account is an old one, so when my add-on's expire, I don't get these charges for internet access, I simply cannot access the internet again until I topup/buy internet add-on again.

    Eep! Just found a bug, clicking on "My3 website" in the menu is clearing out cookies so you have to log back in. I have this fixed now and will push an update later.

    You really should think about redesigning the app using the new Material Design style, would look great!

    App seems to be defunct since last night. Log on to site is working fine. Perhaps some changes in the background on the site.

    also I can never remember if the expiry date is midnight before or midnight after the date e.g.

    Expiry 22nd August

    I can never remember if thats midnight 21st/22nd or midnight 22nd/23rd as it turns out it's the latter but '3' don't make that clear enough so maybe you could put something in there to make it more user friendly?

    If it expires today (22nd) then you have until midnight tonight. The app reminds you at 8pm that it's about to expire too.

    Can anyone top up from the MyThree website? Always seems to be "Try Back Later" whenever I need to do it and end up having to go to an internet cafe and log on from a pc.

    I'm not sure, It doesn't make sense what the did anyway. But that doesn't mean 3 will rollback their change!

    This just slows things down as its more HTTP requests that need to be made. They already have many 301 & 302 re-directs as it is.

    Hi, nice work. Just one very minor glitch which may be google launchers fault but the shortcut on my home screen didn't update to the orange colour until I deleted the blue one and dragged the orange one from the app drawer.

    I think that's the launcher to be honest. Mine didn't update till I rebooted.

    Thanks a million damo the countdown to when your internet expires is very handy to have in one click.

    Btw, the figure you give for total credit says "Wont Expire", however it WILL expire after 6 months, disappears overnight with no notification.

    Id love to find a way to spend the credit before it expires but I cant, heres a thread about it but nobody had a solution, please post if you have any suggestions, the Xbox credit one is a pain in the ass:

    Now I just text a few Euro to Concern or any other charities when I see an ad, better than letting three reabsorb the money.

    You can now buy apps in the store using your credit instead of your credit card.

    Edit: Not only apps but games, movies, books and music. I only bought apps so far but went back and checked and there is an option to bill your 3 account for everything.

    Buying music with your credit sounds alright, you can buy whole albums. Nice way of using up credit.

    Pretty much none of it goes on communication. I get a call from India every month offering me a 'better rate' if I move to a rolling monthly contract, after explaining 5 times that I use my credit as cash and I can't do this if I'm on a monthly plan and to please stop calling about it I've just started hanging up on them.

    It hasn't been able to connect to the my3 site for a couple of days :)

    "There was a problan connecting to My3 webstie.

    Connect to /172.30.144.48:443 timed out

    Click to open My3 in your browser..."

    Even when you click on the link, the URL https://my3account.three.ie will not resolve.

    Just after checking on Wi-Fi now, and there is no issue.
    It seems that I'm unable to connect to this server/port on 3's own network.

    Same issue reported in the Talk to three forum. Some people can't connect to My3 from their phone but can over a WiFi broadband connection.

    Like others have said working fine on wi-fi compared to 3/4g.... Probably a bit above and beyond the call of duty for an app designer to try and ovetcome a schizophrenic telephone provider that's picked a fight with itself. There's a domestic we could all do without!
