Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Not quite as spectacular as the posts above but this is my collection, picked up the acoustic last week when I was over in the UK, swapped out the strings for electric ones, dropped the action and it plays fantastically!
EDIT: Actually attaching the pictures might be useful as well as posting in the right thread

This is the new Comanche I got. I'm more of a pastel colour kind of guy for Fender-style guitars but the price was right and I thought it looked nice and understated. I reckon I'll change the knobs to white plastic ones. I might also age the plastic.
It has lockers, which are nice and convenient:
The pickups sound fantastic to my ear. I guess they're not more popular because of the weird shape:

Think all my future buys for awhile will be small enough things, maybe a pedal or 2 more. No guitars or amps, hurting the bank too much! Ordered this the other day, happy it arrived before the weekend.
Think next buy will be new pickups or a small pedal board, don't like them just sitting about on my floor.

Picked up an American Deluxe Jazz Bass in the musicmaker sale. Got it for €1049, considering they go for €1850 on thomann I was pretty happy with that. Very nice bass too.

I was in RTÉ on Tuesday doing a live session with We Arrive Alive, here's a shot of my little laboratory for the day.
(For anyone wondering, Korg Pitchblack > Boss SD-1 > ProCo RAT2 > Digitech Whammy IV > Copilot FX Android > Boss DD-6 > Electro Harmonix Memory Boy > Boss RE-20 > Boss A/B switch)
Had a load of fun, tunes came out great, got to jam on a Steinway grand piano, and the session will be on Dan Hegarty's show on April 8th if anyone wants to check it out

I've put a decent bit of work into making a rig I'm happy with, almost there.
Fender Blacktop Jaguar, my main guitar the Squier J Mascis Jazzmaster, and a MIM Fender Tele
Pedaltrain Two, blue pedal on the bottom is an EP Boost clone and the black and mustard one is a Dobsky Fuzz, a Russian big muff variant with diode lift switches for both clipping stages, both made by Moose (zafo on here). Powering it all with the Harley Benton Powerplant JR and the DL4 power supply.
Orange OR15 with a Carlsbro Top 100 vertical 2x12 and a VHT Special 6 with a Harley Benton v30 2x12

Amp is a Laney Lionheart 5-watter. Pedals are Polytune (washed out in the photo), Timmy (kind of washed out), BAT Pharaoh, CoPilot Polypus and a Flashback delay.0 -

Been a busy boy over the past few evenings, New pups, all electronics changed and a set of grovers have replaced the standard wilkinson tuners.
Pickups were custom wound by Heavy Air in the UK,
Neck is a Humbucker sized P90 and the bridge is 8.5K Alnico 4 (Coil Tapped)
The difference is unbelievable

Fender Modern Player Marauder. Being a Tele owner, I had a curiosity for humbuckers, jazzmaster pickups, a trem and an offset body. The Marauder manages to do it all in one. I had my eye on one of these for a while, but couldn't resist when they discontinued them and started selling them off for €300.
