Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Couldn't tell you what type of gold but it says the watch is part of the 'Connoisseur Collection'.

Here's a couple of photos of the watch, hope it helps :)

    Nice dress watch.

Just looked up the brand. They make some nice watches which seem to vary in price between $1500-$3000. I don't see any gold ones so far.
    http://www.righttime.com/rt/glycine/glycinewatches.htm

I'd suspect that because it's good and a Swiss watch albeit a quartz you should get €1500-€2000 (depending on gold type). It might be worth your while visiting watchuseek forum and look up the brand there.

Is it solid gold or gold plate?

This watch doesn't look like anything in the current Glycine lineup but in the past they were known for their "GoldShield" gold plated watches which featured relatively thick gold plating at 40 microns.

Unfortunately, I think €100 is closer to the mark for a gold-plated quartz Glycine. You can get a brand new automatic for about €300, although I saw them going for less in Dublin a year ago.

Let me put it like this: I can't remember ever seeing a solid gold quartz Glycine. :)

Anyone fancy a Tudor Big Block 79170? Going to put mine up on the block on here for €2800 before I post it up elsewhere.

Anyone interested in a fully overhauled 1957 Omega Constellation with a full 2 years warranty on it. My nasty photo's don't do the watch any justice at all, automatic macro on a Sony camera is horrible. I have moved to mostly vintage Seiko and I have a deposit on a vintage diver from 1975 so this needs to go asap to fund it, price negotiable due to the urgency.

The work was carried out by Jesse Hueg (Omega564) on some watch forums, his company is based in Albany New York jhfinewatches

I have had dealings in the past with a few of the guys here on the forum.

Thanks Wibbs, this one is just a case of bad timing. I bought and set it aside never wore it, and then about 6 months ago I decided to send it of to get it overhauled. While it was off on holidays I found myself more drawn to vintage Seiko, now that it's back it's caught in the crossfire of my need for a Seiko 6105 diver.

I've put my minty Stowa Flieger B-Dial up for a swap. I've had the watch for a month and its unmarked. The brown leather 'old style flieger' strap is nicely broken in. The watch has the movement upgrade to chronometer standard 2824.

Looking to trade for an Omega Seamaster Pro 'Bond' in good condition. Seeking a full-size, blue dial, quartz with a all bracelet links.

Reason I'm ditching the Stowa - I really want a quartz SMP and I don't want to increase my collection. If I have to let one go, it'll be this new acquisition.

Will also sell for slightly less than I paid to reflect that the watch has been worn, minus P&P from Stowa (€800).

As you'll know or discover, there's a long wait for one of these new from Stowa, and they don't come up used that often.

edit : link to ad http://www.adverts.ie/mens-watches/lnib-stowa-flieger-b-dial/1676780

No pics as yet - will try and get 'em up shortly - I'd prefer a face to face deal in Dublin in any event and happy to show the piece personally.

Going to be putting my Panerai 000 up on adverts later in the week as its not getting much wrist time and I need to scratch my IWC itch so I'll see if there's any interest here before I put it up on adverts.
It was purchased just under a year ago from Cyrus and its boxed in mint condition with 4 straps. Pictures up when I get a chance

Ideally looking for a Portuguese but might look at a Portofino also.
Cheers for the offer to list it on TZ. Will see how I get on here first.
The only black dialed diver I have is the Tag Calibre 36 with the Zenith movement but it's slightly more than the budget you have in mind.

Not a watch, but I have a winder I bought a few years back. It fits 4 watches. However, the motor stopped working last year. Still works very nicely as a display case, and someone handier than me might be able to fix it.
Anyone want to give me €20 for it?
