Is that a cage in the Golf!? Must be a wolf in sheep's clothes.

Lol it is. No idea what is going on with the number plates either, wish I had taken a closer look now. It is an early car too with the quarter windows in the doors.

It got stuck on one side of the crossroads, so a couple of people pushed it over :D

It being a cool squarish shape, I'm assuming it's oldish?

Looks like a "For Sale" sign on the Golf dash.
    That SAAB 900 is gorgeous!

  • Registered Users Posts: 12,074 ✭✭✭✭Duke O Smiley

It very well could be a for sale sign, yes. I probably should have had a closer look at the Golf but there were a few people walking around so I didn't want to seem too suspicious.

The 900 is a stunner indeed, I had seen it earlier this morning but was pleased when I came out of a shop around the corner to see it sitting there. It is one of a few in the area albeit not as nice.

Another bunch from today around the North side. The Almera I wouldn't normally bother taking a photo of but I thought it looked great for 20 years old.

I hate the spoiler on that accord I front of the starlet.

The Nissan is very clean pity about the colour.

  • Registered Users Posts: 12,074 ✭✭✭✭Duke O Smiley

It's an odd colour on the Almera alright but I can't help but feel we will look at it in 10-15 years time like we do BL's "applejack" green :D

amazing how long cars can last these days , in my dads day most were utterly clapped out at 150 K miles miles and 10 years on the body

My woman had a fiesta wit has a very similar colour and it was rank I wouldn't drive it.

    I may Google appleJack green.

One of the colours I hated years ago when I was working in the opel garage was the jungle green astra it wasn't anything wild it was just so dull.

I remember years ago this colour on the old Astras - I used to think it was so cool.

My favourite opel colour was arden blue it was only really on the corsa back in the 90s but think the astra H had it later.

A few nice motors from Co. Kildare. The W124 Coupe was in Sallins, and looking mighty fine.
The red 190 was on a garage forecourt, and for sale at 800 euro. it has the red lower body mouldings, but I was driving so don't know if it has the horrendous red velour interior.
The Rangey and the Pug were in Clane Aldi. Like any self respecting Rangey owner, they parked up with the windows open. No pleb would dare touch it.... :D
Missed a shot of a red Morgan outside Longford, on UK plates. Driver had a leather flying helmet, thus receiving extra points...
