    Gave Results a watch last night, was looking forward to it as I really liked Computer Chess from the same director. It didn't disappoint, it's a very slow burner but pretty funny and enjoyabel and not a typical romcom by any stretch (I hate even using that term t describe it tbh).

    Not sure if this has come up before , but just finished Season 1 (5 episodes) of "Line of Duty" ... English crime drama... top class , highly recommended... season 2 also available.

    If you liked Breaking Bad you should definitely enjoy it. I thought season 1 was great, though a bit more light hearted than BB.

    Defintely, I'm generally wary of spin off shows, but this worked really well, As mick said, the comedic element is a bit more present, but not in a way that spoils anything thats to come later on. Without spoiling anything, its a different take on how a man can start out one way, but circumstances and events changes his perspective and how he deals with the world.

    It isn't Breaking Bad. I thought it was a solid 7/10 show in its own rights. I'm interested to see where they go with it in S2 - which considering that it is a prequel and therefore you know where they end up is probably a good sign.

    Have to disagree about Better Call Saul I'm afraid. Plot seemed to jump all over the place and just when it settled down to a decent storyline, I remember tuning in to the next episode to discover it had finished the previous week - wtf!!!!

    Strange thing happened last night, I was watching a film called spirit and about 3/4 through it froze, I rebooted Netflix and went back to find it and it was gone. This ever happened anyone before?

    edit: maybe because the film was called Spring :pac:

    not to be confused with the arty porno 'love' which was added to irish netflix yesterday

    I watched the first episode of this last night, it grabbed me enough to give it a chance unlike most of his recent movies.

    Just finished season.2. of "Peaky Blinders" and I can't recommend highly enough. Gangsters, corrupt policemen, pikeys and a lot more besides - set in post WW.1. Birmingham and London.

    Cillian Murphy, Annabelle Wallis and Sam Neill head up an excellent cast. 10/10

    The good news is that season 3 is in production and due out in October.
