Healthy bars?

    Okay this is question is two fold.

    Firstly, I like the Nakd bars but find them quite expensive unless holland and Barrett have their half price thing one. Does anyone know where I could get them from for a reasonable price?

    Failing that, considering they've only four or five natural ingredients which are readily avaliable, can similar ones be made myself? Thanks

    Or has anyone any suggestions in general for similar style bars that are made with good ingredients?

    I'm trying to make small healthy changes to my diet.
