You can get the digital version for €28 worth of tf2 keys (steam) and uplay codes could be as low as €20 not sure you'll find the psyical copy cheaper than that

Thanks. Not married to the idea of a physical copy. Where'd you spot the digital version for 20?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,130 ✭✭✭ussjtrunks

The Uplay codes are from an nvidia offer people are trading them online i.e
    http://www.steamtrades.com/forum/AKVyG/h-ac4-blackflag-uplay-splinter-cell-deluxe-uplay-batman-arkham-origin-w-paypal

If your not comfortable with trading you can get it off most retail sources for decent prices
I've seen it between 30-40 on kinguin etc but the nvidia promos are the cheapest someone on boards might even have them for trade

That's expensive, it was only €26 there before the game was released.

    Bioshock Triple Pack i.e. BioShock 1, 2 & Infinite for ~€11.16 on Amazon.com

Tried to order this using an Alaskan hotel as my billing address to get around the country issue but the order was pending for a while and I just got an email asking me to fax an invoice to them etc and my account is on hold until it's sorted. I replied asking them to cancel my order and I'll remove the billing address. Should I be worried?

    Email below:

    Greetings from Amazon.com.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process your pending order(s), including order #XXXXXXXX. To avoid cancellation of your order(s), we request that you fax us a copy of the billing statement associated with the debit or credit card provided as payment. * Address on file with the card issuer
    * The customer service phone number for your financial institution

On your fax, please provide the email address used when placing your order and the order number you received in your email confirmation.

Please also note that you will be unable to access your Amazon.com account as it has been placed on hold pending receipt of your fax. Please do not place a new order or open a new account as this may result in additional delays.

Weird. That's never happened me and I've ordered many games on there.

I would have just ignored the email :p

Perhaps they are going to enforce the region locks now that they have a game downloads store on Amazon UK. Would make sense for them to do it now before the busiest time of the year.

Probably would have been the best idea, but they have locked my account so figured they expected some sort of response.

    I remember that.

They're not an official re-seller of anything as far as I can see, so they are at the mercy of the supply of codes trickling to them.

I don't know anywhere you can get it for €26 atm afaik.

Considering that it's €50 on Steam, I wouldn't call it expensive.

I never came across anything like that before. I actually bought Bioshock Infinite off Amazon.com a few weeks ago when it was ~€7.50 and I did have to change my billing address to America but I still got the game in the end. Maybe if you try a different state i.e. Delaware?

I picked up mass effect 3 yesterday from Amazon. Used an Alaskan address as well. Went through ok. Is your account locked out not?

€26 here, use code allkeyshop for 5% off, works out at €25.83. That's where I got it.

Yeah, it's strange, and they haven't replied and I'm still locked out of my account as of writing. Seems strange to me as this is amazon and you'd expect them to be pretty quick with responses. Kind of worried they're checking into it further.

Seeing as they're €220 on Gamestop.ie and €167 on Amazon. I'm guessing Amazon's price is pretty good?

    Nintendo 3DS XL
