Afraid so. The first 180 or so sold out in 4 days. The 30 additional we released last week went in 3 hours.

Hey guys, just wondering a bit more about the role of the civilians in the game?

Just realised that this was on and all the other tickets are gone, so I'd be just as happy to do some LARPing, I was just wondering what the civilians get up to over the weekend?

The main difference between the civilians and the regular forces is that they will primarily talk to people rather than shoot them. They're allowed guns only in a limited fashion to use as a backup (or maybe to sneakily achieve an objective). This won't be like the drug gang seen at Initiative.

The civilians will be involved in a number of objectives relating to the other factions and will probably get to see more of the diversity of the forces involved (because everyone comes to town sometime). They may also get to see more or less of the site depending on how they want to work their objectives.

This is a role that requires a bit more of your own initiative than playing on the martial side as you will need to come up with plans to achieve your objectives both in relation to other civilians and the regular forces. Civilians at Mandate for instance explored the whole site, talked to all the factions, traded information, worked with the SF to locate the Republicanos rocket under the cover of "travelling to their cousins", and milked the PMCs for a load of their money.

Excuse me? The PMCs had their money (well Gollybruton's) nicked when their base was ransacked by Heavies, who continued on to the village where they were robbed at gun point by the civvies.

I believe the that load of thieving bastards used the funds to pay for transport and dodgy green cards to get them into the US.

    My one regret:

Not gunning down every single villager within 20 mins of game start.

    :pac:

Can we stick a pin in this idea, then work out more efficient methods and try again?

That's what Munoz wants you to think is happening. Then when your defenses are low, BAM! Sneaky...
