It helps the mods and cmods spy on your posts. Shushhhhhh, don't tell anyone.

    You spreading paranoia again OG??

JB: they do it because you can change the whole thrust of the argument later, which would start rows, if it says you have changed it it can make it a bit clearer what happened.

I dont like change, I'll get lost or trampled on or something!

I agree with Chucken, but I have used the link provided to change to the Beta version. I am using it now in fact. If it is going to be forced on us it is a good idea to get used to it as soon as possible. If I have problems I can always change back for the moment.

I always have trouble with people who change things just because they can, rather than because they need to.

Having the ability to change something does not automatically mean you should.

Yes, I'm with Chucken and Rube on this. Janey, if it's not broken, don't fix it.

:DDunphy's dead - his reign is o'er - dead as a door nail on the floor
This beauteous sight I now regale - his crestfallen look and rigid tail.

He fell for my trap with Peanut Butter - not even time for an EEK to utter.
Rejoice! For he's no longer alive ....... and to all who're reading this .... HIGH 5s

Thanks everyone for the prayers, novenas and, er, that's it.

    Goodnight and Good Squeaking :)

Hi, I'm the newbie on here,
Ive just been venturing into the After Hours forum, sheesh, tough crowd!

Die Fledermaus Lines written while contemplating my navel. Again.

An eerie silence fills our house
Due to the absence of said Mouse
The only things that squeak are doors
Or planks nailed to uneven floors
    As Dunphy exits Mesosphere
En route to Stars. Please now - loud cheers!

And to the Sun, from whence he came
    This Fiery Chariot will flame
    And pulverise our little friend
(That drove my wife around the bend)
But lots of things can give him fright
In outer space - as dark as night.

    Take for instance Canis Major
This could prove to be a danger
Unless Big Dogs are into mice.
C Minor could be wiser choice.
Orion hunts with Bow and Arrow
('Twould pierce your skin and toast your marrow)

    Daren't include Castor and Pollux
The only rhyme I know is Rollocks
Which would be handy all the same
In celestial Owl & Pussycat game.
Then beware of Wormholes and suchlike
Perhaps much safer to take a hike

Like Douglas Adams or Timothy Leary
Psychedelic colours and ever so cheery!

See what a great big (1 pt) mug of strong Lyons Tea can do to the brain!

Welcome ruthloss! :) Is this a misspelling/misnomer? Did you superimpose an O on an E? Somehow Ruthless Ruthloss gives a kinda punky name! :D

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,876 ✭✭✭Spread

Coming along great. Started back at the house two days ago and the toe-joint is loosening up as the swelling goes down. Suffered a bit of Post Sore Toe Blues after about a week ...... as people stopped asking me, "How's your toe?". I then realised that the world kept spinning although I didn't!:) Stiff as a poker today after 3 weeks off (watching Euro 2012) :D.

    C'mon Italy!

    Oi!
You're the only person that can make the Mexican Wave go backwards. Possibly due to the ayaTULLAh Ceilidh Band reading the sheet music from right to left. You know, you could have started a trend here.
