Now I want the proper big sized woppa bar and vice versa back.

    And wipply wobbly wonder.

What would you bring back in sweet form and I don't mean leslie nielsen resurrected in liquorice but rather what sweets would you like back.

You can still get wham bars and jaw breakers. A lot of smaller petrol station shops do them.

The way I see it there's a sweet pyramid.

You have your plain chocolate on bottom- yorkie, dairy milk, galaxy. Your staple food.

Then you have the ones to help your dietary tract - flake, chrunchie, kit kat. Give a bit of ruffage and help move things along.

Then your ones ice cream bars - icebreaker, mars ice cream, magnum. - for your dairy.

At top you have your long lasting ones - gobstoppers, toffee, refreshers/stinger bars- the ones that take ages to chew through and over indulgence here will **** up your jaws.

What do you call them Coconut ones in the white wrapper? Macaroon was it?

They are amazing and then you could get the mint ones. Phenomenal!

    Edit: I was right!

If you don't like nestle Drifters its a scientific fact there is an 80% chance you are a predatory pervert. Not my words. Its science.:)

there's a shop in limerick called Mr. Simms (a quick google tells me they're in a lot of towns), but they sell a lot of these nostalgic sweets and bars- macaroons, chomps, big time bars, i just go in there though for the lemon fizz bombs, or grenades as i used call them! :D

ps. bounty bar dark chocolate are just moreish, if you hold it in your mouth and crack the chocolate off with your tongue, then squeeze it between your tongue and the roof of your mouth til all the sticky stuff is gone- coconut flakes you can nibble on for hours! :p

Beefies. The camenout the exact same time as Meanies in the 80's, same company but a beef flavored chickatee style crisp. Nobody remembers them :( but I was absolutely gutted when they finished making them. I still think of them the odd time these days. Would really love if they made a comeback.

Anyone remember them? They were in a red pack.

Mad Men's Don Draper : What you call love was invented by guys like me, to sell nylons.

i remember 'burger bites' alright, beef flavored corn snacks in an orange/reddish pack, they were out the same time alright as meanies, and wheelies, and monster munch... ohh monster munch- more artificial flavors, colors and preservatives than you could shake a sherbet dip-dab stick at! :D
