Enjoy life people, don't be so serious But do avoid those adam sandler movies, they give you cancer.Edit: Anyway, I watched BvS tonight. Was it a great movie? No. Was it terrible? No. Did I enjoy it? Sure, for what it was. Affleck is a damn good Batman and I'm looking forward to a proper Batman movie with him in it, Cavill is a pretty wooden plank in a Superman suit. Eisenberg, FFS!!, this guy, how does he get work?

I thought the film was ok but opposite to yourself I didn't like Affleck as Batman at all. He's just not convincing in that role and to be honest Batman is a total dick for most of the film until all of a sudden they're best mates. Eisenberg was terrible. I'd be interested to hear who people think would make a good Superman, seems to me no matter who gets the role folks would complain. Not exactly a role that needs great acting chops either.

johnny_ultimate wrote: » Which is exactly what "they" want you to think. Doesn't matter if it's good or bad, they just want you to go see it, tease another half dozen films in the process, and spit you back out. I absolutely understand some people are passionate about comic books and what not and will happily and proudly go to see them all and enjoy most of them - that's cool. But if you're just going to see how bad it is or out of some grim sense of obligation: stop going. Seriously. There's dozens if not hundreds of brilliant, imaginative, intelligent films out there every single year - superhero films rarely feature among them. You're not losing anything by skipping Batman v Superman and going to see something else instead.
