So can Oneplus drive on from here? Official announcement is scheduled for July 27th but here's what we know so far:

I ordered mine on Sunday 13th. Its only in Shannon today. Was supposed to be delivered this eve but didnt come yet. The phone was processing for a week!!

I have a OnePlus One and am considering upgrading to the OnePlus 2 - has anyone else upgraded like this and is there really enough difference between the two phones. In particular, what really stands out from the Oneplus 2 in comparison to the OnePlus One that makes it worthwhile to upgrade.

Finally, I note some discount codes are flying around. What is the chepest price that it can be bought for after the discount?

I upgraded from a OPO to OP2, biggest change was the FP reader, so handy, and will be even better when they release Android 6 marshmallow update.
There was some noticeable speed improvement, although my OPO wasn't slow anyways.
It looked slightly nicer too.
One thing i miss is lack of custom roms, if you like custom roms, do not get the OP2, not yet anyways.

Personally after using the OP2 for 5/6 months, i wouldn't bother.

I'm selling on my OP2 now and getting an S7 Edge.
The lack of updates and slow charging are the worst for me.

Sorry i meant as in no fast charging. Could take an hour to get from 10-50/60%, fast charging phones go near to 80/90% with that.
To me that is a big difference.

Its a good phone for the price, probably the best there is for the price.
But not enough to justify an upgrade from an OPO imo.
I'd stick with OPO until Marshmallow is out or they at least make some stone announcement about it, currently it is slated for Q1.

€305 direct from one plus. You may get one cheaper second hand, but not that much, so buy from one plus and have your year warranty

I've never held a one so don't know if you're right or wrong. I'll bow to your superior knowledge.

I'm currently have my iPhone 6 plus 16GB up for sale. I've recently received a work phone so I was looking at a dual phone so I could use personal and work number on one phone.

The only thing I'm worried about us am I downgrading coming from iPhone 6 plus to OPT? Don't have a preference when it comes to OS just want a decent phone but with dual sim. I think the iPhone 6 plus camera is great is the OPT camera similar or not as good?

One of my friends went from the iPhone 6 to the OP2, he loves the OP2 since.
Said it is so much faster, and the extra screen size is better again.
I wouldn't worry too much about the camera, the OP2 has a great camera and unless you are going taking ALOT of pictures that need to be perfect, you should be sound.

Thanks for the reply. I have the 6 plus so think the screen size is similar.

I take a lot of pics of the little one which always look great. Just don't want to lose that feature.

Going to cancel my personal contract and change to Ready to go, as work are now paying for phone bill (unlimited everything) so it's great to have the ability to keep my own nunber and be able to use both work and personal numbers in the one phone. Can I set that calls are made my work number and data usage comes from work nunber?
