A Dublin girl collapsed suffering from a heart attack outside the Twisted Pepper nightclub last night, she had apparently taken three fake ecstasy pills called PMMA or Superman pills from a bad batch that came from the Netherlands to the UK in January. You missed the most important -tion, Education. I think the last national drug usage study was done in 2013 and found that over 30% of 15-35 year old use drugs. Speak for yourself lad. I never took ecstasy when I was a teenager. I didn't want to die or turn into a burned out retard. None of my friends did either. Most people have enough sense to stay away from the stuff.

Are there any other salespeople you can think of who have this attitude towards their customers?

Especially ones who may be prosecuted for manslaughter or similar if the product they supply causes death. e.g. are there really chefs out there who couldn't give a damn about their customers life/health and knowingly serve up potentially deadly bacteria laiden food?

If there really are salesmen/chefs this stupid I think they are in a minority.

There was a pharmacist recently in the news who gave the wrong medicine out to a woman who later died, the last thing that would have crossed my mind would have been that she did not care about her customers life.

Oh yes I agree with you. I used to take the things when I was younger very frequently. However, I have also seen many of my friends end up very ill/in hospital because of them. And these would also have been pills with something else in them, not MDMA. Which would most likely be prevented by a testing kit.

You make a strong point in your post. I am 49 (4 months to the big 50), but if I met me at 18 now, I think I'd hate that person I was.

I was so black and white about issues at 18. But life has taught me that things are more complicated. There will always be questions but the answers are.......well not so simple.
