Yeah it could make a great buy if it's rust free and genuine.:) Desperate pics though.

And the fact that it has a Kildare reg and its being sold in Meath suggests the seller is a dealer. Although there are a number of other legitimate reasons as to why this could be.

The ke reg in meath wouldn't worry me. The seller could of been shopping around for the best price at the time.

The call Joe bit is a bit suspicious alright but it could be just the lady's husband.

The carsireland part really puts the nail in the coffin for that car though. It just can't be genuine.

I rang them last year to enquire about a mondeo I was interested in. They told me they can only give info on an nct if the nct was issued to me in the first place. She said the nct is issued to the car owner and not the car so she couldn't tell me anything.

What do you guys/girls think of this?

I just cant figure out how he could magically change the logbook unless he does actually work in Shannon.
I wouldnt want to crash it when its down as a 2.0 on the logbook and then obviously the insurance and tax... a lovely can of worms would be opened on your ass
