Yeah it's probably a combination of the blood and the fasting, I'm always thirsty after I give blood!

Yep, they tell you it'll happen after you donate blood. You might feel pretty drained for the day too.

Ha neither am I, I'm babyproofed. Just going on the thread discussion on cravings when your body is deficient in a vitamin/mimeral, I think it's a sign of needing vitamin C.
