Went for Chinese with my friend a while ago, and while we were half way through the main course, the Chinese waiter at the desk on the phone taking an order for what I thought was "dog".

Obviously I was horrified. My friend seen the look of horror on my face and explained that it was actually "duck" before he started laughing at my broken ears.

Dunno! Just wee bit out of sorts and have been on and off teary all day! I haven't been myself at all the last few weeks, moods up and down and it's so unlike me - hoping these blood tests will be able to pinpoint something!

I spent tonight upset, angry, annoyed, pissed off and generally in woe. So now my room is really tidy.

Edit: For once I'd like someone in my family to ask me how I'm doing. And not for me to have to ask them to speak to me and listen to me. I know they don't care if anyone takes in an interest in what they're up to, they're not like that. I'm not though.

Super loved up weekend with the OH. We went out for lunch on Saturday and ended up drinking wine in a lovely restaurant looking out at the rain and giggling like schoolkids. Amazing homecooked duck dinner last night and today spent nearly the whole day in bed together, watching junk on tv and snuggling. More than 5 years together and it genuinely gets better all the time. Is there a loved up romance smiley?!

My cousins do that, but they are very weird children/almost teenagers. I am convinced that those two do it to eavesdrop on conversations happening around them, but their mother maintains they "just have great hearing". My ar$e.
