If Noonan has no power over the banks, he has repeatedly told us so, and no fiscal powers, those dam trioka, what's his role?

Surely we should shut down the Dept of Finance if it has no preceivable role.

History has shown that the most effective way to get real change from the ruling powers is to stop paying them taxes.
The power to vote is a great thing but it only comes around every 4/5 years where as taxes are collected every year.
Whats needed is an organised non payment movement, everything from TV liscense to Motor tax.
That'll get the mercs and perks brigades attention sharpish.

Haha, yes; just at that part of the first video, a silly bit of PC self-censorship.

The Kilkenomics videos (I'm near the end of the first) are very good btw, so highly recommend people give them a look.
