i have started playing mw3 online recently and the amount of campers would sicken ya to death has it always been full of campers or is this just something that has caught on

I went into a game of hc domination last night on dome my team kept spawning in the main buliding were B is,tents up outside both doors of the building by an "elite" team what could I do except noob tube and rpg them I ended up 28 kills 40 deaths, but I couldn't believe the amount of abuse I got in the lobby afterwards,it was unreal,a pack of so called "elite" muppets who all left when I started started calling them campers.

If a new person to the game camp's I don't mind,there learning how to play etc.

Just if your a 10th prestige and sit in a corner with blind eye and assassin pro running support streak's your a cunt

I wont lie I do bit of camping.

Now I would not sit in same place for more then 20 secs.

When use Portable radar I then may wait for somebody come around the corner.

Im second prestige just now my KD is .75(although more of 1.10 as seem be getting the KD on right side for past week). Its my first ever shoot em game so if I were to attack all the time I be killed

You get better by running at people. When I first played cod i think the first time I checked my kd it was 0.6. Rushing helped build up my reaction time so I can pretty ok now. You'll only improve at camping waiting for people to come to you

Know this is the camper thread, but just wondering what is classed as a good K/D, see it mentioned lately alot had a look last night and mine is hovering around .95/1 and all I really play is Dom running around alot....don't think it's the be all end all that some people class it as though but just wondering what's the average? Prob cause I play the objective all the time it's not better...

Well tbh I'd rather have an objective type player on my team than a person with a high kd unless it's team death match.

They are next to impossible to find though lately, last night was playing for about an hour and just got fed up, every game I had most flag caps cause the whole team were going for kill streaks and no capping or saving flags capped, camping in corners with their silenced MP7's going for their Pavelows/AC130's....think I need to join a clan before I go insane!

What difference does it make if they are running support streaks, assault streaks (I forget if it's called that tbh!) and the other yolk with all the perks

Disagree. Being an objective whore isn't the best thing, blindly defusing/plants bombs, capping flags, etc isn't always the best course of action be it for CoD, BF, RSV or whatever. Intelligent players is what I enjoy playing with, and by intelligent I don't mean spawn trapping game upon game with killstreaks. Intelligent doesn't have to mean strong K/D players neither.

There are really some thick objective players about. It's more emphasized in other FPS games anyway where teamwork is a key feature to having to succeed obviously.

This is me. Snatch bomb....run to A...teammates massacred trying to get it back. It's not something I'm proud of.

Support streak's are for bad player's IMO.

They shouldn't be able to get a emp by getting 18 kill's and die 38 time's but they can still wipe out a team's UAV and other killstreak's.

Just make Advanced UAV like a blackbird at a 14 killstreak in the assault tier

Stealth Bomber 15 killstreak

EMP 17 killstreak

I camp with the .50 cal, specialist steaks and ruin peoples day.
Just make sure to always always move to a new position every 2/3 kills, and put claymores in the place you just left.

usually end up with a K/D of about 12/0, but its pretty boring.
striker rushing i get a K/D of about 30/40 but its a lot more fun

I agree to a certain degree.

But regarding the first sentence. Here's a Q. Should I have ran specialist and kill whored while rarely if at all not playing the objective so I could comfortably achieve ridiculous youtube scores, MOAB's etc? Would that make me a good player (whatever that is) in your opinion? Think about that for a second and consider the time we played MW3 together before answering.

Nothing wrong with what Kells does as long as his team are winning (going for MOABs that is). Ade also makes a great point about 'objective' players, blindly jumping on B dom doesn't benefit the team as much as self proclaimed 'objective players' like to say. You need a good mix between kills and doing the objective.

I did rage looking for montage clips, albeit not often and I was running on the 3 mobile shítband. The last time I played with you you raged after <10 seconds once you realised it was a clan, and Perrin/I/others stayed and put up a good fight.

You on the other hand were something else! Leaving without warning every other game, even when you were host AND we would be winning comfortably?! I don't understand how you see using support killstreaks as being noobish either, all you seem to run is specialist which does nothing to help your team. Of course, you could argue that you are a better player using specialist and helping to slay the other team.

2. Have a suppressor
3. Have the decoy grenade
4. Find a nice quiet corner and **** the decoy grenade into an open space.
5. Wait for the enemy to show up looking confused and take em out

I did quit a few games (Nuketown anyone?

) but never when we were losing and never went for clips when we were on the verge of losing, most of the time we were running in parties so it was never an issue.

Of course Ade, but there is some people with a high kd who won't go for anything in objective game types. Just stay in a corner and hide with blind eye, assassin...

Any ways I don't complain because tbh people can play in public games whatever way they want. Doesn't bother me. I think the whole kill streak system has ruined everything in relation to COD. COD4 kill streak system was perfect.
