Again I never mentioned the fee which had nothing to do with Andy Carroll . I'm discussing his ability as a top drawer EPL striker to play along side the likes of Luis Suarez. Rant over .

Any criticism is aimed at those in power who saw him as a worthy investment for that sum of money which he clearly is not. I think if you look at the top teams in the PL (which is what we're aspiring to be again), having players bought for 15m-20m coming in & out of the team isn't in any way unusual.
