Girl using a vibrator considered cheating?

Let me explain, watching a tv show last night, comedy...BF comes home and catches GF using the GOLIATH of vibrators....this thing does everything!
The rub was said character felt insecure, that the toy got her off when he coudln't.....but he flipped out and basically considered it cheating.

Can such a scenario be applied to real life?, if your GF only got off using a vibrator and you're...well, crap, how would you feel about that?

1. Glad that something is doing it for her.
2. Damn glad that she is still with me in spite of any inadequacies - also that she must be still sticking around for other reasons besides just sex (love!) - so thats a bigger bonus too for that further reassurance!
3. Glad that maybe there was now something more I could join in with her in sex-play, to use jointly to further our sex lives together - maybe even enhance them.

Cheating? No.
