Given that a lot of people likely hit the rower as part of their training, curious to know what your times for a 1000m row are? Want to gauge how I am doing

I love rowing as it's one of those workouts you can really get stuck into and can't slack off on really - such a great exercise that works the whole body.
I did just over 4:30 (something like 4:34) in the gym earlier. Know I can do way better than that as I wasn't pushing myself until the end of the row when I wanted to get under 4:30. I think I did it in 1:50 before although I suspect that may have been 2:50! Not sure though but I know I was really pushing myself that time. I think 1000m is a great distance too as you can really push it.
